Stangs United Vendor Guidelines
Criteria for vendor approval:
Stangs United Inc. welcomes vendor inquiries for Mustang enthusiast related products of general interest to the Stangs United Inc. member community. Vendors whose products that do not overlap with the sites primary vendor (presently BVM Performance) will be given preferential consideration by the StangsUnited Board of Directors (BoD).
1) A vendor fee of $60 will be paid to Stangs United Inc. upon acceptance as a site vendor. This fee is good for one year from the date of becoming accepted as a vendor and is non-refundable.
2) Vendor renewals will be evaluated annually. The BoD will determine the vendor status 30 days prior to the anniversary date of the vendor acceptance.
3) Stangs United Inc. reserves the right to evaluate the performance and staisfaction of each vendor throughout the year without any notice to the vendor by the BoD.
4) The Stangs United Inc. BoD reserves the right to terminate the relationship of the vendor due to member dissatisfaction and/or complaints. These will be verified by the BoD before such action is taken.
5) Vendors that have an agreement with BVM Performance must supply a link to the item(s) in any thread that the products are being referenced for prices of that item on the BVM web site while promoting the product(s). Selling directly to anyone on the site while having an agreement with BVM Performance is prohibited.
6) Stangs United Inc. shall not be held liable for any and all damages to customer's property due to product defects. The vendor shall be liable for the products they promote on StangsUnited.com.
7) Product promotions are the responsibility of the vendor. Stangs United Inc. shall not be held liable in any and all ways for any products that are promoted by the vendor.
8) Stangs United Inc. does not make any guarantees on the number of sales generated by becoming a site vendor. All sales are between the customer and the selling vendor. Stangs United Inc. BoD will help resolve disputes between the customers and the vendors if called upon.
9) Each vendor shall maintain a section in the Stangs United Inc. forums in accordance with the site rules. The vendor shall have moderator permissions in their section only. The vendor can use this section to advertise their products, product information, vendor information and any other information as it pertains to the vendor and their products once authorized to do so by the BoD as indicated by the site rules.
10) All decisions made by Stangs United Inc. BoD are final.
Each vendor will need to reply quoted to this post with “I agree to the terms and conditions as outlined in the guidelines above.” once accepted by the BoD via PM to Admin. This will serve as your acknowledgment that each vendor has read and understands these guidelines as they are posted.
