Thanks Dan, a bud came by and helped build those angle walls!! Getting close, the inside framing will be finished next week... Then I have to build the decks...
Cool! I did notice how nicely you guys roughed that in too -- it's as nice as finish trim ...except w/ 16/20p nails ;-)

Looks good!
Do the stairs attach at all to the side walls or just at top/bottom? I'm sure there's a "code" for the correct way to do it. Seems that attaching on the sides would make the stairs more sturdy, but perhaps there's some reason they don't (assuming they don't).
Decks? We don't need no stinking decks! lol

The bathroom in the laundry room calls for it's own wall and door... is there any reason why I would need to do this? I am thinking of eliminating the bathroom door, and just building half height walls beside the sink and toilet... Basically the washer and dryer would be in the bathroom??
There will be a door on the laundry room...
Don't know if there is a code around that....but one issue may be humidity from the bathroom when showering. If you include the laundry room in the same room, you may need a fan that moves a LOT of air to keep humidity levels down. Check the square footage of the room and react accordingly.
