Don't think I've ever seen a "clip" except in the movies lol.

Hmmm ...would seem so easy to design it that way. -lol

Maybe there's some reason that won't work.

I guess this belongs in the gun thread -lol- but...

...in pic below imagine just pushing/sliding the rounds out the clip and into the magazine -- from the bottom in pic below...

Then again, the magazine is probably spring-loaded -- so maybe it could not work at all ...unless the spring mechanism was designed to unhook and come out ...sort of how you load staples in the back of a stapler by simply unhooking and sliding the spring mechanism out. Sure would make loading magazines faster though, since that's done in advance, maybe no big time-saving value vs loading rounds one at a time.

This belongs in the "Spanky Spanky" thread. However it looks like the #MeToo Movement has made it to the top levels at Ford. Darn.

    Good luck Raj.

Re: What Did You Do Today

That's a major loss for Ford -- he was one of their superstars!

I have to wonder what he actually did.

Even Big Blue, a thoroughly conservative company, always kept business and private life separate ...even if between two employees.

I appreciate their desire to not draw political fire but sometimes I think it gets ridiculous.

Of course if he was coming onto (or worse) someone at work and esp. after an initial complaint, then he should be fired ...but this whole guilty-'till-proven-innocent mindset of late defiles our constitution and at times borders on the absurd, imho and, as a country we may well eventually regret such knee-jerk reactions and return some semblance of sanity to matters that are genuinely personal matters.

It can be a fine line but one that must be drawn clearly. From his comments he appears to be acknowledging that he was over the line -- if so shame on him! ...but not clear how much of that is sacrificial Japanese-style falling-on-the-sword. I searched several articles and it seems no one is saying what he did, so who can say?

Still, a sad day for Ford technically but hopefully a genuinely good day for Ford employee relations.
