That's high for us. It's 18% now with a front and clouds and rain in the mountins. My weather station says our lowest since I reset it was 3% on 4/18.

Remember, that's relative humidity, so 25% at 50* might be 5% at 100* ...didn't calculate it b/c holding dew points constant would not make sense for such different climates ...just by way of example. Dew point aside, air at 104F can hold over seven times as much water as air at 45*F so 25% RH in Edmonton heated to 104*F in LV would drop its RH to 3.5% -- the point being that the actual amount of water in the air remains identical in that transition, only relative humidity changes b/c RH reflects the air's ability to contain water at a given temp, not actual quantity of water contained. Stated differently, 25% RH at 100* contains far more actual water than 25% at 50*.
