Shelby SuperCars Reportedly to Take on the Bugatti Veyron SS.
SSC picked up the top speed trophy with a 256.1 mph run then Bugatti recently reclaimed the prize with the new Veyron SS at 267.8 mph. Now SSC is reportedly working on its own comeback to reclaim the prize for the US ...a successor to the SSC Ultimate Aero.

Engine bore/stroke almost sounds like a custom billet-alloy TT build with dimentions essentially that of the old Ford FE.
