I don't see the point of spending all that time effort and money if you are only going with 6-7 lbs of boost. A set of forged pistons and stronger rods along with a reduction in compression ratio are a prerequsite to any turbo charged application on this new 5.0 powerplant IMO. Then the added boost benifits could be realized if you could find someone who has the knowledge to tune this highly complicated tivct 5.0 engine which to me is the real problem.

I believe with the right internals and a good tune this engine is capable of reaching the 500hp mark on it's own without power adders. You need to look no further than the Boss302R to see that.
