For a price, CS will let anyone use his name and the GT500 designation. :doh2:
Prices starting at $119,000.. :yikes:

Nice, but what if they go BK before your car is finished like some of the other Grifters CS gives his license to.

Exactly!
Did CS cover all those who got taken by them?? Doubt it.

Not that I'm aware of ...SA did sue UP tho. That one guy was out $250K. I had read that pre-order deposits that 'disappeared' were in excess of $10M, but dunno how much, if any, assets might have been recovered ...likely nil.

Dont sound right. G.T. 500CR. I think the "." 's between the GT are what will allow them to use the GT500 designatio but wont really be a "GT500" but a "recreation"
For the price they are asking you could build your own 67 or 68 with better specs and be more assured of the build.
You would not have the Shelby Registry inclusion but IMO with CS allowing CLONES in like these and other recreations the Registry is BOLLOCKS now anyway.
If one really needed an acquired vintage SHELBY to be in the registry, for $150 to 200K you could get you a real nice restored original that actually would have a much better chance of retaiining it's value than these Classic Creations Cars. JMO
