It was fine in the beginning so what changed?

im on fios optic....only loads somewhat slow on our site and a few others...strange just started a few days ago...did a speed test and got 6.868mbps download, 16.988mbps upload..dont think its the site, but maybe the fiver in my area..dunno..maybe weather is affecting connection flow...:doh2:
