While at the Tasca Ford car show on 9/11 I was treated to many awsome Ford powered cars and trucks ranging from the Tasca Mustang Nitro burning Funny Car , Lightning trucks, vintage Shelby Mustangs and Tasca Super Cobra Jet Mustangs and Torino's.....
One of the coolest assembly of cars I enjoyed were the ones on display by Factory Five Racing. They had two of their gorgous 33' Ford Hot Rods.

It just so happens that this weekend Powerblock TV is doing a show featuring one of these 33's along with Dave Smith from Factory Five Racing. http://blog.powerblocktv.com/
They also displayed one of their open chassis housing the new Ford 5.0 twin independent varriable cam timing 412hp crate engine's complete with a 6 speed transmission that they are working with Tasca on as their latest project
I could see myself possibly putting something like this together someday.....couldn't you....

It is my understanding Factory Five and Tasca just signed and agreement to build these in conjunction with each other.
I've determined I need one.

F5 has a nice line up, for sure. We have decided on hurricane motorsports. Lots of options to choose from, and a bit more of a do-it-yourself type of kit. Hurricane doesn't use donor parts.

Maybe you can start a thread in this section about HS and their kits.....assuming they are Ford powered that is.....I've never heard of them myself..
