This is taken with a cel phone so the sound is not captured as well as I wish but the system is:

Had the car up on a lift for the first time in a while (since doing the cut outs) and was able to get under to look things over. The welds are holding great so no issues. I did notice a little exhast "dirt" at the seam of the cut out. It's ver minor and on both sides and is not an issue IMO but it seems like a high temp gasket put in there could resolve the issue and make a complete seal. There is nothing you hear or smell etc when the car is running with them closed but clearly something is getting out. This about 2K miles of driving on them mostly closed.

They're in the store I think????

Maybe not - they might not have gotten added but we can get them now if interested. I had a shop install them but other than the weld I think it's a pretty straight forward process.


They do look like the monoblade.....I now have 3 of those on my car :mad:
