looks like the Techco/SMS SC,

Saleen Performance Vehicles may not be producing any more cars after this year (http://mustangsdaily.com/blog/2011/03/08/saleen-to-stop-production-of-vehicles-by-end-of-2011-focus-on-aftermarket-parts/), but Saleen Speedlab is alive and well and is currently developing new products for the 2011+ Mustang. Many of their new parts so far have been cosmetic, like the carbon fiber body pieces and wheels introduced at SEMA (http://mustangsdaily.com/blog/2010/11/02/sema-2010-saleen-unveils-new-carbon-fiber-parts-for-the-s302-mustang/), but that will soon change. Saleen’s upcoming supercharger system for the new 5.0L V8, designated as the Series VII, will soon be unveiled.

That said twin-screw but I thought Speedlab was selling a TVS (SC-under/IC-over/runners down the side like Edelbrock) last I looked. Possibly they did a whole 'nother design but that seems unlikely for their constrained resources. I wonder if that writer just made a mistake? That image is fairly inscrutable.
