Inbox full but its not

I received an email saying my inbox was full. Since I am a supporting member I am supposed to have 100 available messages I believe. I had only 57 message?

Here is the email I received:

Don't forget... the total # of messages = 100, but that includes your Inbox as well as your "Sent" items.
