As far as I can tell, this site is owned by a non-profit corporation called Stangs United Inc. There is a Board of Directors made up of 7 active site members. I've been told that this eliminates tying the site's future to one sole owner, who may wind up not being able to keep things going. Being non-profit keeps greed out of the equation.

That's all I got.
