I'm looking to do some remodeling in my garage. One of the areas is the floor. I've had epoxy painted floors for many years but it hasn't stood up the way I'd hoped so I'm looking to do something better. I'm currently looking at these two company's products.

Used in areas like the garage, mud room, basement, home gym, playroom, or even wall to wall. Also used in warehouses, workshops, factories, retail stores, schools, gymnasiums, trade shows, showrooms, anywhere a great floor is needed. The original “jigsaw” profile is used on all four sides of the tiles and can be “locked” firmly together in a matter of seconds using only a rubber mallet. A com*plete floor can be laid, or lifted in a short time, without any need for expert labor or adhesives, thereby giving you significant savings in the total costs of a finished floor area. Easy to clean and maintain and last for years.

Description - Coin Flex Tiles are one of our most popular garage floor tiles. The raised coin pattern design is is not only very attractive but it also helps to prevent slipping when wet. Flex tiles are easy to clean, highly chemical resistant, and interlock tightly to form a durable and long lasting flooring for garages.
Material – Coin Flex Tiles are constructed entirely of a proprietary blend of flexible PVC that guarantees the most durable garage tile on the market. This custom PVC blend also ensures that the tiles are flexible and have the anti-fatigue flooring qualities often associated with rubber flooring but also the durability, long life, and chemical resistance associated with PVC tiles.
Size – 20.5" x 20.5"
Thickness – 0.177" (4.5mm)
Weight – 3.50 Lbs. per tile
Recommended Uses – Coin Flex Tiles were originally designed to be used as a garage floor tile however they are now considered a multi-use tile. Besides being used in garages, these interlocking PVC tiles have been used successfully in home gyms, in mud and utility rooms, as storage shed flooring, as trade show flooring, as a retail display flooring, in airport hangars, and as a floor surface in warehouses or manufacturing facilities.

I just mopped out the front area of my building getting ready for a party tomorrow. I have the two part epoxy and am a little let down at the performance of it in the higher vehicle traffic areas. I purchased three more kits of the flooring to redo the front are two years ago, just haven't had the time to get it done.

That looks like a really nice heavy-duty product George.

I also found this at American Garage (http://americangaragefloor.com/blt-garage-floor-coin.php), but dunno how it compares ...they do send samples tho.

George I used a similar flooring called Racedeck http://www.racedeck.com/
This picture with the white tiles is 2 years old, The white tiles were to hard to keep clean so I complained to Racedeck and they comped me silver tiles for the white and now all is good. I don't have any pictures with the silver tiles but over the next few days I will try to take a few and post them.

Residential, Diamond How is the diamond as far as cleaning it is concerned? Does it trap any dirt , do you think the circles might be easier to keep clean?

George my garage is 42' x 30', It has a wall separating a single 14' wide bay from the rest of the garage. The single bay is where I park the Shelby and this is the area that has the floor tile. This area usually doesn't get much action other than driving on or whatever mess I make waxing the car or doing minor maintenance. All major work gets done in on the other side of the garage. The diamond pattern doesn't sweep as easy as a smooth floor but still cleans up OK. I've washed it a few times and I used a sponge mop like the kind one would use on the kitchen floor. I don't have any experience with the circle pattern but I've heard its easier to sweep.
