TSB 10-2-9 for Edge, anyone get a copy for me?

Some of you may recall I was having a strange whinning sound on my 90 Edge. I just found out the TSB above addresses something that "may" be the issue. Rear wheel bearings! However I can not get my hands on the real TSB. If anyone has access, and you PM it to me, or post here, it would be appreciated! Just want to be loaded if I go to the dealer about it! Thanks in advance.

I think Grabber can pull TSB's with his contact.

I need it to argue with the Ford dealer who states the noise is a normal characteristic of the vehicle. I just found out mine was built after the date in this TSB, but I don't think they can rule out mine does not have wheel bearing issues, that is why I wanted to get a copy on my own as they will not pull it as it does "not" apply to my build date.

I think I would be looking for a new dealer. That is no way to treat a customer with a legitimate problem.
