New to " this " site..

Found this site in a thread on Team Shelby, thought I would check it out.
My name is Don, live in Hackettstown, New Jersey. My ride is a 2011 Shelby GT500.
Ordered the car on 17 May 2010, took delivery on 3 July 2010, currently 7353.5 miles.
A baseline dyno netted me 481.4 hp ( Mustang dyno ), last dyno on 27 Feb. 2012 showed 756, ( DynoJet )( SAE J1349 )
The car is @ the tuner for some upgrades as I post.........................some pics..

That is the FRPP Cobra Jet Oval or mono-blade, pt. # ( M-9926-SCJ ) mfg. by Accufab for Ford. ( 65mm x 147mm )( 1797 cfm )( MSRP - $ 679 )
I had run a CJ65 for about a year, ( 1517 cfm), and this drives just as smoothly.

It's about saving weight. A stock wheel & tire is 60 lbs ( 240 ) Those fronts are 30 & the rears are 38 ( 138 )....102 lbs I don't have to drag around. The Hoosier QTP's seem to bite better than the MT's.

I did my mods so long ago now that when people ask me what I did I don't remember what parts sometimes, so I just say a bigger supercharger, a bigger intake and tune and some other stuff. :rofl3:

The only sound clips I have are 2 videos of the car on the dyno, this is the most recent, 27 Feb. 2012................the 756 pull.
It has Kooks 1 3/4" longtubes / catted X pipe feeding to " stock " mufflers.

Looking to buy a GT500 in 2010, what stopped me was the colors offered & no glass roof. So I waited 1 MY, got the black / red, glass roof, HID's, aluminum block, upgraded cooling.............my smartest move.
