Thanks for the warm welcome! I've missed this crowd terribly. I'm so happy to be here, e-mingling with all of the cool folks once again. :)

Those pics crack me up. First of all, that pic with the V6 generated a huge response, mostly in the form of threats. I actually received contact from Ford themselves asking me to remove the pic/content I had posted. Seems they didn't appreciate the fact that I explained how their paint departments work. The second pic was like heaven. I *loathe* being dressed up, but nothing could have wiped the smile off my face at the Chicago Auto Show. Finally, that last pic. I think it originated from someone being confused about what I was referring to when I said "biscuit". That pic has probably been passed around more times than a Kardashian.

As far as how things are, where do I start? I'm still in school, and I hate it more than ever. Last semester, I finished up my "core classes", and am now in the Registered Nursing clinical pool (read: hurry up and wait). So, not content with sitting on my duff, I decided to start taking all of the classes that will ultimately result in a Bachelor's degree, paving the way to my goal of working in Labor & Delivery. :)

The kids are all doing great. Older ones can't wait to be done with school (they finish 6/9/10), and they're in heaven with the new pool. We swim every single day, and they still act like the pool is going to disappear in the night or something.

Marek.............the boy is something else! He turned 19 months old on 5/26. He weighs 30 pounds, is 32" tall, and has an incredible vocabulary. He knows colors, he LOVES cars (go figure), and he's a total mama's boy. A friend once told me that like father/daughter love, mother/son love is different. I never understood that until this guy came along. I absolutely adore my girls, but this boy has me wrapped around his finger. Here's a recent pic:

As for Jerry, he's totally got his hands full. He's working on his GT for the first time since 2002 (long story). On the flipside of that, my GT is awaiting a Coast High Windsor-based stroker........it's been sitting on a stand for a few months now.

As far as that Summit show, they're about an hour from here. If I know folks from here are attending, I can definitely be there. :)

Southside Bars are the biggest mistake one can make with a car!

Of course, back in the day, it was the hottest item to have, suspension-wise.

Here's a generic pic of one of the applications they sell. These little babies will cause crazy destruction to torque boxes and control arm mounts. And this was on a car that has NEVER been to a track.

My wife and I will be attending. She is a nurse and our daugter just graduated nursing school last year so you will have plenty in common to talk about. SpeedRacer and Bea, BlueOvalKid and Racheal will probably be there. They are in your nexk of the woods. I can never remember his name, but he is a good freind of SpeedRacer from Columbus and he should be there as well. We need to get there together so we can all park together.
