Red is progressing!!!

Wednesday I went to track, I used my dads wheels first run missed 3rd -__- 14.3 @97mph 2.0 60foot and the next run 13.9 @100mph(I think the guy who handed me slip thought I was crazy for screaming LOL) my shifting was terrible car shouldve been doing atleast 104mph, my 60 foot again was 2.0!! I did what I needed to run the procharger will be getting installed soon, Im dropping red off Monday in New york where she'll get painted.

You probably shouldn't try it... It is very addicting, and fun... We have a road track opening up this summer, going to take the Raptor out and run some laps!! Going to run it down the 1/4 mile too...

I think the drag strip is way too hard on a car so I haven't tried it.

Also all the time involved going through the line for a 10 sec run.

At the track I get at least 2 hours a day on track. :grin:

You'll get there, Jim ...the more you do it the better you'll get. The procharger will definately up the ante ;-)

thanks guys working my way up in the game, I'm saving all the time slips and going to make a billboard with all them from my terrible runs to milestones. I want to retire it one day with all the slips etc. Few more things getting painted now I got a rear gt500 bumper, hood , front bumper , mirrors , and wing

Dropped red off today at booth, Excited and nervous at the same time! Im sure she will be fine lol cant wait up next is procharger and rebuild of the rear asantis and lowering red and inch !!!
