This 1904 San Fran video (two years before the great earthquake and fire) shows how it really was when trollies, cars, people, horses, bicycle, carts and anything else you can think of shared the streets with essentially no rules except, be carefull ...and it somehow works!

yeah, I even checked after I posted by exiting the site and coming back and it was just a link. Maybe youtube screens links so it takes a few minutes?

You used a YouTube "popout" link. Those type of links go full screen automatically, which is why they won't work in the video link here...

It worked because they are traveling at a snails' pace...the people are walking faster than that the trolley.:doh2:

Your original link had the word "popout" in it. When I add a video from YouTube, I try to get it with the shortest url. That seems to work for me.
