Nice. I have 4 ladders. A 24' aluminum extension (IIRC), a 8 or 10' aluminum, a crappy hand-me-down 8' aluminum that I probably shouldn't even use (:look:), and a great indoor ladder with a platform on top kind of like the pic below.

Need to upgrade to some decent FG ladders.

I have one something like that (shorter tho) we keep upstairs -- they're really handy! Also an old 4' wood stepladder I keep in the basement.

In the garage I keep a 20' (12' closed) aluminum and a 6' and a 8' aluminum. I like the FB ladders but they are just so darn heavy vs aluminum.

Don't mess with anything electrical then? Unless you're a squirrel of course.

...that's why aluminum ladders have rubber feet ...1/4" is as good as 8' at home voltages ...old wooden stepladder ladder in the house is my fave tho ...we have only 8' ceilings anyway.

I made a sturdy stepstool in my woodshop...it is about 15" high with two steps...use for those jobs where I'm not quite tall enough. Then I have a 4' aluminum, and my Little Giant that extends to 17' that I use for inspections. I also have an 8' wood ladder but it's not very high quality so I try not to use it.

Oh yeah.... I have a 6 or 8' wooden ladder too. First one I bought. Still in really good shape.
