You would too since the only way you can move it around is on a trailer. They are not street legal - no VIN, only a Ford parts serial number.

Would have to be done like building a one off or home built car. You would have to have all the stuff to pass a DMV inspection in our state, then they would issue a VIN plate. Real pain for a car, I've done it with trailers and even tried with an ATV before. Lol Couldn't find street legal tires at the time for the ATV to license it as a motorcycle. :( lol
