Is there a 25 or 50 post requirement for other areas? I'm trying to respond to an article posted in the breaking news section but cannot, also cannot pm the author.

Shouldn't be any post requirement to respond in Breaking Automotive News ...might be a very low post requirement (like 3 or 5) to post pics ...not sure.
