Hood is too "tame", but gives them a chance on GT to beef it up.

We knew the 4-banger was coming as standard...

If they could make a 4-cyl with 600HP and a broad torque curve that was durable, It wouldn't bother me to own it.

I get your point Art...but even the V6 Camry of today can run the quarter mile about as fast as my 69 Camaro. It's a bit embarrassing to be honest.

Guy down the block just got a new F150 (X-cab sport edition -- beautiful truck!) with the little 2.7L EB V6 ....he could not believe it's faster than his turbo Audi! -lol

Yes. With the improvements in manufacturing over the years, it's possible. So far they're not there IMO...but headed that way.
