Most say a power steering part.
To me the tubes are too big for that?

And power steering parts usually dont have clamps like shown, too much pressure involved.

Besides broken? :innocent:
Dunno ...it does look like something to do with power steering though ...those are high-pressure hydraulic lines (not where the clamps are though) ...maybe some kind of hydraulic stabilizer? Definitely not EPAS. Can't think of anything else.
What car/engine is that from?

Assume a Mustang, not sure what year.

Too bad the part number isn't readable. I looked a bunch of Ford PS diagrams but can't find anything like that.

The end looks like a radiator connection. Not sure why the high pressure connection though unless it's just a hard to get to part that they would just want you to replace as a whole.
