I have a BMR K member in the SGT, 302 stroker/3.0SC pushing 648rwhp, it's fine. No noise or vibration. I do get vibration from the 1pc ds at around 135/145mph. May try the new 2pc aluminum ds

Dave, I thought at one time you had told me it was pretty much louder and at one point you were going to take it back off?

I also see you put your mileage on your oil filter like I do  I put the date also. If it gets close to 6 months, but not mileage wise, I change it as well.

On my 2002 Mustang I have the K Member/A arms and full suspension (coil overs, torque arm/panhard) and it lets a little more noise through.

That was the old "K" and the mounts were fliped to lower the eng. The new one I installed is good. Also, I swaped out the QA1's for the D-specks to remove the road noise and clunks.
All is good now.:)
No need for the date for I change it every year or milage...lol, Have not hit 3000 miles in a year yet..:doh2:

Thanks.
Most installers just use a chunk of wood on the pan and that can deform the pan and change the pan to pick-up tube clearance...and that is a bad thing.

The rubber pads put the load on the outside edge and the 2x4 on the outside keep the pan from bulging out and just touch the pan bolts to help split the load.Works good.

Did you guys add caster/camber plates or were you still able to get the alignment into specs without it ,when the k member and a-arms were changed?
