This is brilliant!
I suspect nothing new is needed . One can envision some programming of existing sensor logic (belt, seat, etc.) and programming mods to display on the electronic IP. Seems like a brilliant way to add value by functionally exploiting existing sensor and IP capabilities.

Now if Ford could tell me which tire needs air then they might be on to something.

We picked-up a new little Ranger for my Dad today. He was driving a full size Chevy pick-up and having a hell of a time getting it in his garage without hitting something. I really like the size of it.
Again, don't ask me why they are upside down???????
