Car is gone and factory tune loaded and the ones on this need a pulley that doesn't pass emissions so the orphan tuner is useless to me.

Here's what the "device info" says:

Serial number: <blah>

FW Version: 1.2.153

FW Type: FORD

Tune version: 2.005PFUSC

Unlocks left: 5

Device Unmarried

The tunes on the device are for a Ford GT but I assume once it's married to another VIN you can load tunes. There are no package tunes for anything. Use this if you're loading custom tunes.

I have no idea what these go for. How does $200 sound (shipping included)?

Not sure what they go for either.

I could ask on Facebook.

Need to put my flame suit on first ....

So I asked someone in the know about this first. His response...

“it's a doorstop. sct no longer supports them and they force and update so it kills all the old stuff like being able to turn off rear o2s etc. worth about $50 as a pass thru device for older vehicles to datalog and even at that the speeds are very slow”

:(

For someone looking to load custom tunes (e.g., the ones that John Lund makes) it functions the same as the X4. Custom tunes would reset all of the emissions params anyway.

Patience is a virtue. I looked on eBay and there is a guy that has been selling these for $180 plus shipping for quite a while. Maybe he bought the remaining stock. Anyway, I put it up with a buy it now for 180 and accepted offers. Got a few ridiculous ones but finally got 170. After ebay takes their cut and shipping I'm going to get about 130.

I just want to get rid of that thing without dumping it in the garbage. But by the time they take fees out and I run around to ship it, 35 is below break even. I think I said that :)

I've been waiting to eventually put up my extensive vintage vacuum tube collection ...within next couple years. And other stuff too ...time to start thinning out the crap -lol

That’s awesome Tony, especially after what I’ve heard they were worth. Nice
