I wish I knew how to do more than yearly but our stuff is through Knownhost and it doesn’t let you. :(
And ours is only $14.50/ year
What domain do you have?

I'm in auto pilot mode with it now. I started this way back in the late 90s when GoDaddy was one of the first places you could get a domain. I'm not surprised there are cheaper places. Very tempted to drop it and just switch to gmail. We got the domain when the local ISPs were changing ownership and forcing email address changes like crazy and AOL only worked with their front end and gmail didn't exist and the "free" email addresses were in fact sometimes rejected by companies. I'm not going to be on this planet forever and my wife will NOT be able to be the IT chief so I need to simplify her life...
We're split. Our domain is registered at GoDaddy but our primary network like is a semi-commercial side of Earthlink (who was our ISP at the time). They provide what I think is "domain parking" and have email and simple web site (which we do not use). We used them because their email was compatible with Outlook's "POP-3" service.
Google has a similar sounding system and I might try to switch to them for the hosting portion (which is a matter of changing a "MX" record in the GoDaddy database) and that would move us into a gmail back end. I think I can start the transition by making earthlink simply forward to a gmail address. Started looking but not high on the priority list now that the domain has renewed.
