I’ll have a 100amp off the main to power the sub panel and for now a 220V 50amp for the hot tub and a 120V 30 amp for the camper outlet.

Main panel is 200 amps. If by load you mean how much do all the breakers in the main panel add up to, that I don’t know without looking, but it’s a lot

We had a hot tub before and there was never an issue. I’m just trying to make the connection more to code than it was before hopefully. lol

I looked up a bit on load and wattage and it looks a bit confusing to figure out. I’d have to figure what all the appliances are wattage wise, AC, dryer, etc etc

As far as circuit breaker amps they total 685 amps, but guessing that is not what is needed here.

It's futile to figure out what things take. For example air conditioners and other motors take quite a bit when starting but much less during steady state. I think most builders put in a 200 amp main. 150 if less square footage. Put in 4 tesla chargers and run them all at once along with your two air conditioners and your main will pop and you'll need new cable from transformer to panel. That's why the all electric crowd has their heads up their rear ends
    Cheers.
