Contacted my tuner, ( www.teamjdm.com ) about this.
They know about it, & why it happens, they are working with Saleen, who's tunes get caught up in this.
I was assured that if N.J. starts checking this, I have nothing to worry about.
It does matter who & how a car is tuned..

" Yes it's crazy but we have been working with Saleen on this since we do their tuning. The tuner has to use the original As Built PCM strategy code. Good news for you is we do that standard on all vehicles! NJ will probably be next for doing something like this. Saleen and some other tuners change the strategy codes sometimes and then the Inspection Station does not recognize it. "
