More decorating... hanging some southwest metal art. Got most of them from Arizona highways. Have 4 but where I want them woukd be unbalanced so I ordered a roadrunner piece to balance. I cut paper dolls to tweek the layout. Will wait for last one before hanging them. New one is similar in size to gecko in middle left

Layout has bottom edge of hanging follow the arch

I forgot to add. Left to right

    Kokopelli
    Gecko
    Horse
    Road runner
    Another gecko

These are metal. I got all but the road runner from the Arizona Highways magazine store. The roadrunner came from an artist in Arizona thru Amazon

Re: My moving to Vegas topic

Yesterday we were leaving iHop in Vegas after breakfast and my wife said "Isn't that a roadrunner crossing the parking lot?" Indeed, it was. Now we've lived in the southwest desert for over 15 years now (4 in Phoenix in the 70s, 12 here in Vegas) and I'd NEVER SEEN A ROADRUNNER until today. The Arizona deserts are chock full of them, and there are some here in the area south of Vegas, but relatively rare in Vegas. I was especially surprised that the bird was actually in the city as they usually want open spaces.

I chased it around the corner where it went but it high-tailed its way out of sight so I didn't get a picture.

When I got back to the car she said "I didn't see the Coyote". Then we mused about rockets and falling rocks.

PS. The funny thing is when she said it the first thing I was looking for was an old car.
    Cheers.

I would feel like someone was pushing a pin into a doll and then I felt a stabbing pain.

Bill would have arranged those so the salamander was screwing the bird.
