    DZ302 sold?

I might have finally sold my DZ302. This is the engine that came out of my Camaro a few years ago when I put the 383 in. The guy has a nice Olympic Gold '69 RS/Z28 that he sent me a video of. Only the short block is true DZ, but I told him he could take the carb/intake/heads/etc also. We have plans for him to drive down from Michigan on Thursday the 30th.

    Re: DZ302 sold?

Engine is gone. He texted me about a week later and said he had it mostly torn apart and thanked me for keeping it so clean lol. He said it all looked great inside. I got some decent money, and don't have to move it to the Carolinas...which would have cost at least $200. Yesterday I disassembled the wood crate it came in, cut up all the lumber and discarded it, and kept the crate wheels and hardware in case I need to build a dolly in the future.
